Iranian Faucet Guide

Buying Iranian Faucets with Fewer Surprises

Buying an Iranian faucet involves more than choosing a shape and finish. The right model needs to fit your sink, connect to your plumbing, and remain straightforward to maintain. Whether you are replacing one kitchen tap or fitting out a bathroom, a few checks before purchase can prevent awkward installation problems.

Start with the fixture you already have. Count the mounting holes, measure the available space, and note where the water connections sit. For wall-mounted faucets, measure the distance between the pipe outlets. For deck-mounted models, check that the fixing hardware can accommodate the thickness of the sink or countertop.

Ask about the faucet body, cartridge, and surface finish separately. A description such as chrome refers to the finish, not necessarily the material underneath. Request clear material specifications and, for drinking-water use, evidence of compliance with the standards applicable where the faucet will be installed.

Availability of replacement parts deserves as much attention as appearance. Ask whether cartridges, aerators, hoses, and handles can be purchased separately, and record the exact model number. A written warranty is more useful when it clearly identifies the service provider, coverage period, and process for making a claim.

Compare the complete purchase cost rather than the faucet price alone. Delivery, installation, adapters, and any missing fittings can change the total. If you are purchasing from another country, confirm shipping availability, applicable import requirements, and whether the seller will provide support after delivery.

What to Check Before Ordering an Iranian Faucet

Before comparing models, write down where the faucet will be used and what needs to fit around it. A kitchen faucet may need enough height for large pots, while a bathroom faucet must direct water into the basin without excessive splashing. Check spout reach as well as height, especially with a shallow basin or a sink positioned close to a wall.

Confirm mounting and connection details using the product's technical drawing, not photographs alone. Pipe threads, inlet spacing, hose lengths, and mounting-hole requirements can differ between products and installation locations. Ask your installer to review the specifications if the faucet is being purchased for use outside its usual market.
