Iranian Faucet Guide

What to Check Before Ordering an Iranian Faucet

Before comparing models, write down where the faucet will be used and what needs to fit around it. A kitchen faucet may need enough height for large pots, while a bathroom faucet must direct water into the basin without excessive splashing. Check spout reach as well as height, especially with a shallow basin or a sink positioned close to a wall.

Confirm mounting and connection details using the product's technical drawing, not photographs alone. Pipe threads, inlet spacing, hose lengths, and mounting-hole requirements can differ between products and installation locations. Ask your installer to review the specifications if the faucet is being purchased for use outside its usual market.

Check whether the model is suitable for your water pressure and hot-water system. Where the manufacturer publishes operating limits or flow information, compare those figures with the conditions in your home. A pull-out kitchen model also needs clear space beneath the sink for its hose and counterweight to move freely.

Ask the seller for the exact model code, a list of included components, and written warranty terms. Confirm whether the package contains supply hoses, mounting hardware, and any fittings shown in the listing. Keep the invoice and product details so that a future request for a cartridge or aerator does not depend on identifying the faucet from a photograph.

When the faucet arrives, inspect it before installation. Look for damaged threads, uneven plating, missing seals, and handles that catch or bind. Follow the installation instructions, including any guidance on flushing supply lines and cleaning the finish, and check for leaks after the water is turned on.
